I have never installed Paint Protection before, I have questions on how its done, will you guys help me understand how PPF works or what i will need to install it?

  2. Additional support can be also purchased after you place the order or after you receive the kit and you need additional support after reviewing the installation videos we have provide.
  3. Service includes:  Providing professional installation tips, secrets of the trade.

     

 Note: If you choose not to get the service, YouTube is a good source for PPF instructional videos.

I just purchased a paint protection kit. Will I receive installation instructions?

You will be given instructional videos via the email you provided during checkout on how to install the kit. We will not provide any email support from our in-shop professional installers unless Installation Support is purchased.

I purchased your kit, but it’s a little short?

This is actually the way it supposed to come, in order to make it fit, material needs to be stretched, surface of the panel most likely is not flat, so there for you need to tac one corner and stretch it to the next corner.

I submitted my order. What other information do u require to proceed with completing my order?
  1. Within 24-48 hours, our plotting department might email you to confirm cuts for your vehicle, if the information is missing during the checkout in notes to the seller,  for trim, year, and model, or if our software has multiple pattern options for your vehicle.
  2. To expedite the process, pictures of the vehicle might need to be provided. 
  3. We will not proceed with your order until will we verify all options via email.
I have dirt debris stuck under the film after installing the precut.

The dirt is not uncommon to have, you can pull the material back right away and clean it off with the slip solution and use a fingernail to pick the dirt off the glue.

Will the kit be cut to fit my vehicle specs, Make / Model / Year and Trim?

All orders are confirmed over email with pictures confirming all the wrapped edges, headlamp washers, parking sensors, and tow hook options with each customer before sending the order to our plotting team.
You can always contact us to confirm everything, prior to purchasing your kit.

I received material that has a minor defect, stain, or dirt debris.

The material is quality checked by all manufacturers before the film is sold to shops.
We always check the film for defects before and after cutting any order before packing & shipping the order.
You must inspect the film for defects or dirt before installing it.
Once the material is installed to the vehicle, if you find dirt specs or defects, the product cannot be submitted to warranty.
We don’t issue refunds on defective materials, we send out replacements only once material is received and approved by the manufacturer.

If my order is damaged or lost in transit when in the possession of the Shipping Carrier, what do I do?
  1. You are required to purchase shipping insurance for any kit. If the package arrives damaged or lost during shipment, we will have to contact Shipping Carrier to open a claim on your behalf.
    We are not responsible for any damages, or delays to packages while in possession of shipping carriers.
    Please Email us, Your order # including 10 pictures of damaged and unused products.
    We will file a claim on your behalf, The process can take up to 30 days to complete, so please be patient while the Insurance company processes your claim.
I have received Paint Protection Film, but there are no printed logos of the Brand on the back of the liner.

The only film that has logos printed is 3M Scotchgard regular 5-year warranty film, no other film on the market comes with logos printed on the liner.

We do not carry regular 3M Scotchgard film.
3M Pro series = doesn’t come with printed logos on the backing liner
3M g200 series = doesn’t come with printed logos on the backing liner
No brand on the Market currently comes with logos printed on the liners.

Will the kit be cut to fit my vehicle specs, Make / Model / Year and Trim?

I have purchased a precut kit. I used some of the pieces, but I cannot install the kit. Can I get a partial refund?

Once you open the kit and install any piece, the kit is no longer returnable for any refund whatsoever. We cannot resell your kit once you open and tamper with it.

I received my kit, where is my warranty card?
  1. Your warranty is digital through us. There is no warranty against self-damage to the material during or after installation, rock chips, or peeling of the material. You only have a 10-year warranty against fading and cracking. The material has to be sent back to us so that we can provide it to the manufacturer for them to decide if it can be warrantied out or not. We do not make these decisions, we only provide new material if the manufacturer agrees to warranty the film. You, as the consumer, have to properly take care of the material and keep it hydrated for it to last.
I have purchased the kit and received the tracking number already, I’ll be out of town and can’t sign for the package, Can the package be re-routed or kept at the local UPS location?

If you can message us in time, we can notify by Email our shipping provider to route the package to your specific destination, There is an additional $59.00 shipping and handling fee.

My order is refunded, i don’t know why?

We will notify you via Email on why your order will or is refunded for any technical or payment reasons.

I installed Paint protection film, i have a lines or silvering when i finished it. Is it a Defect ?

Those are not defects, the material is quality checked by us and the manufacturer for defects.

Paint Protection requires experience when installing it, silvering or lines in the material can occur when the material is overstretched, or improperly installed.
Common installation errors, it’s overstretched or not enough slip solution is used.

I’m trying to purchase a kit, can you prioritize my order please? I need it ASAP.

We have 3-5 or 7-10 days processing times, depending on the order size and shop order volume, we handle up to 15+ orders a day and usually are short-staffed. 

In some emergency cases, we can expedite and prioritize orders at additional charge, and shipping costs.

  • There Are No Returns Allowed. 
  • You Have 5 Hours From When The Order Is Placed To Ask For A Cancellation If Order Was Made By Mistake.
  • All Sales Are Final Once The Order Is Shipped.
  • All Orders Are Cut For Customers Specs And Cannot Be Reused.
If The Order Has Been Cut And Tracking Information Has Been Provided But Order Has Not Been Dropped Off At UPS Just Yet, There Is A 100% Restocking Fee To Cancel Any Order.
Once Order Is Shipped, Order Cannot Be Canceled Or Returned.

    This Is The Time It Takes For Items To Be Shipped From Our Warehouses To The Destination Via UPS Ground. Delivery Usually Takes 3-10 Business Days To The US.

    We Are Not Responsible If The Package Is Delayed For Any Reason!
    We Cannot Revert Any Packages Once Package Ships.

    We Can Expedite Orders 2nd Day Air Or Next Day Air Upon Request at an additional charge.

    Once The Order Has Been Processed, It Will Be Shipped Via UPS Ground Unless The Order Has Been Upgraded And Paid To Expedite The Shipping Speed.

    Order Tracking

    The tracking Number Will Be Emailed Once Shipping Label Has Been Created.

    Every Order Will Include a Confirmation Email With A  Tracking Number Once Shipped.
    UPS Tracking # won’t Be Updated Till They Receive & Scan The Package.
    Please Give It a Few Days After Receiving the Tracking Number For Your Order To Be Updated In the UPS system.
